Our own foundries
We melt our own steel.
Alloy control starts at the furnace. Melting in-house is what lets us hold the chemistry each grade depends on — the carbide structure in a high chrome iron, or the austenite that lets a manganese hammer work-harden instead of crack.
From the melt through moulding, heat treatment, machining and final finishing, the casting stays with us. Two integrated facilities, 5 kg to 3,000 kg per piece.

Two ways in
Find your part by industry, or by the grade it is cast in.
Every casting we make falls into one of four grades, and the right grade is decided by one question — what is in your feed. Start from the industry you work in, or go straight to the metallurgy.
